The Brazilian steak house has excellent customer service and a good ambiance. The buffet sides and salad station are my favorite part, with fresh and delicious food.

Worst Brazilian Restsurant in North Bergen, NJ

The service our group experienced on the first week of Dec. , has been the worst ever on my 50 years, our continued complain to our waitress, was ignored repeatedly, even a manager came over our table to apologize, but all words only, but no action.
Our friends ordered the combination for two " picanha"
My wife and I, ordered the Rodizio, big mistake!
Our friends finished their meal before the server showed any sign of existence... these people took so long to approach our table, that our friends offered us part of their meal, before they finished.
DO NOT ORDER THE RODIZIO.
We started to see the Rodizio, one hour, fifteen minutes from the time we ordered it...
I asked for medium well, I was offered charred beef,
My wife do prefer well done, to my surprise, she was approached a couple of time with well done meat, but nothing for me (medium rare).
since the service was so bad, I had no choice but grab what was available, my regrets, the meat was so Chewy like the meat was baked instead of grilled...
After all wrongdoing by this place, the manager came over with a glass of soda!?, which we we charged!
I was charged for a meal that I did not eat, my wife couldn't enjoy her food, I felt so embarrassed in front of our friends by talking them there, by a recommendation by my brother in-law.... the next day, we called and left a voice message to make a formal complaint, a manager call us back, he got our complaint and started he would talk to the owner, but until now, zero call...
that tells us not any manager, or the owner care about, mistakes done by the staff... Shame to all the incompetent interns on this eating place.
