Beecher's offers an exceptional mac and cheese with perfectly cooked pasta and a rich, creamy cheese sauce that has a subtle kick, making it a delicious and satisfying choice. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are wonderfully crispy and flavorful, complemented perfectly by a hearty, chunky tomato soup that feels like a warm, comforting hug. Despite being located in the airport, the quality and taste rival many city restaurants, and the friendly service along with cozy seating make for a memorable dining experience.

Always try to stop here for a grilled cheese while in SEA. Today staff burned the sandwich and melted all the cheese out. Handed me two pieces of burned bread cemented together. Terrible service and sandwich. So disappointing.
