Despite the initial disappointment of missing out on our desired food items due to the unexpected crowd, the substitutes we ordered turned out to be surprisingly delicious. The truck's expertise in cooking was evident in the flavorful chipotle chicken we tried. Overall, despite some operational challenges, the food quality and generous portions make it a worthwhile dining option.
