The cumin lamb biang biang noodles here have bold, authentic flavors with tender lamb and perfectly chewy noodles, making them a comforting choice especially on a cold night. I also enjoyed the pita lamb soup since the bread stayed chewy instead of soggy, and the variety of dishes, including vegetarian options, keeps me coming back for more.
