Went to the south point Ohio location. The drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Once inside stood there for 15 minutes while they cleared the drive thru, still had to yell to the back as no one even bothered to check the front counter even though there was a girl working that looked at me several times while she was playing on her phone. When the woman finally came to the front counter she was more interested in arguing about how long I had been standing there instead of taking my order, essentially refused to take my order because by this time I was pretty upset. Needless to say that really p*sued me off so I just told her I'd go somewhere else so due to this extremely unpleasant and rude experience not only will I never spend another dollar at this location, I will never spend another dollar at any little Caesar's location again, period. I understand that there is a worker shortage but it's no excuse for the behavior of the ones you do find. I would save your money or order a Gino's or Giovanni's pizza at least they still have good pizza and decent customer service!!!

Let's just call it what it is, hot and never ready. I've lost track of how many times they never have pizza ready as advertised.
