Dining at R Kitchen in Charleston was an unforgettable experience, with a daily-changing pre-fix menu that offered fresh, flavorful dishes like chicken soup, andouille sausage, wreck-fish, and puff pastry with apples and brie, all prepared with care and creativity. The intimate setting allowed for engaging interactions with chefs who explained each course, making the meal both delicious and uniquely memorable-I'm already looking forward to returning.
