The Philly cheesesteak from Tat's Truck blew me away with its juicy, perfectly cooked steak, soft yet slightly crunchy bread, and balanced cheese that didn't overpower the flavors. I loved how the pastrami sandwich had that great mix of tender meat and crunchy cabbage slaw, making it feel fresh and unique every bite.
