All is well with our Longhorn Steakhouse except one thing. You should serve Thousand Islands Dressing! This dressing originated in NY. We are so close to the thousand islands that you should have it to represent the Upstate NY area.

Went to Longhorn in Clay NY tonight. Ordered the 12oz ribeye and it was horrible. One side was well done and other side was rare. How can that even be accomplished. No grill marks which leads me to believe it was a cooked piece of prime rib left over and served as a ribeye. So disappointed as this was the third time I got a bad steak. The burgers and chicken are great but not the steak.
