I have been a LOYAL customer of Marco's since they opened in Ladson, SC, until today. They give a loyalty reward of $10 off your order once you reach 100 points. Tonight they wouldn't honor this reward because their server is down. I explained that I have the receipt from my last order showing that I am entitled to the reward and they still wouldn't honor it. I think that is ridiculous! I have spent a lot of money at Marco's, have referred other people to them and even placed orders for pizza parties at my job! It's sad that they are willing to loose a good customer over $10.00!
