The food was delicious and arrived promptly, exceeding my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed one of the best burgers I've ever had, despite not being a big fan of red meat. The efficient and friendly customer service made the experience even more enjoyable, and I will definitely be returning when I'm back in Tampa.

If it were possible to give negative scores this would definitely get one. First time visitor today and was only person in store, instead of taking my order "manually" I was directed to the touch screen kiosk. after going thru menu and ordering I realize there are added soda's that I did not want and no way to edit order. I asked for help, I was instructed somewhat sarcastically to "just push on the pictures" ! I inform the owner that we are past pictures and having issues, he comes out and helps with order, then I pay with a CC and get no receipt. Owner then makes some kind of comment as to I am "butt hurt" because I had to use something new. After some colorful words were exchanged the owner refused to give me a receipt and threatened me with trespass. I would strongly recommend people not visit this establishment. 85 degree inside and not very clean. Not one employee nor owner were wearing mask. STAY AWAY !
