Saigon Slim's is doing something special with their low-carb and salad options that you don't see often in the food truck scene, and their Boo Coo salad with lemongrass chicken was huge and super fresh. They catered our wedding and did an amazing job, with all our guests raving about the food, so if you're thinking about a food truck for your event, you should definitely check them out!
