Wings and curly onion rings here are a flavor explosion, though sometimes the skin gets a bit crunchier than expected-like they took a detour through the deep fryer marathon. Choosing from the mountain of sauces is a delicious dilemma, and the burgers? Huge, juicy, and worthy of a hearty appetite, especially when paired with those addictive onion strings that aren't greasy at all. The service is speedy and friendly, the atmosphere clean with big screens, making it a solid stop after a long day or whenever hunger strikes fiercely.

Went in to the McAllen location one day and liked the food, etc. Unfortunately I tried ordering via phone and for the life of me I couldn't find the McAllen phone number anywhere online. Called the Alamo location multiple times, kept getting no voicemail message setup. Finally got thru and was told they only have one line and they must have been on the phone. Management, some suggestions for you, get yourselves at least another line or setup or your voicemail, advertise your McAllen phone number somewhere and at the minimum train your employees to show some empathy when frustrated customers call. Don't let them act as if they don't care because that's exactly how they come across!

Awful customer service.
Extremely rude.
They actually stated that they are not accepting any to go orders.
They are too full.
And they hung up on me.
