El Sombrero has consistently great food with generous portions and reasonable prices, plus their salsa and rice are seriously tasty. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is bright and clean, though the service can be a bit hit or miss sometimes. I love that they're willing to accommodate special requests, and the live music on a busy Saturday made the whole experience even better.

The Mexican restaurant on Palm Bay Road and Stack Boulevard is a welcoming spot with a bright and clean atmosphere. The food is well-seasoned and tasty, particularly the salsa and chips. The lunch special carne asada is a good choice at a competitive price. The service could be more attentive, but overall it's a solid option for Mexican cuisine in the area.
