I grabbed a bag of freshly roasted Honduras beans at a steal, and Linea Caffe roasts every Tuesday and Thursday for that ultimate freshness. The Chemex-brewed "Heyvis Sagastume" had a hint of caramel sweetness but left a subtle bitter note - still a solid choice for coffee adventurers out there!
