Worst restaurant experience ever!!

I ordered $62+ of food for 4 people and after waiting an hour, the person that answered the phone said "10 more minutes". After waiting 20 more minutes, she said "10 more minutes". After an HOUR AND A HALF my order has been sitting there getting cold and still hasn't left the store. They tried to tell me to wait longer, but it's getting late and we need to eat, so I had to order pizza instead.

Now I'm stuck waiting 2 or 3 business days for a $62+ charge reversal and we need that money to order food that will actually be delivered as promised.
