The food here is consistently flavorful and generously portioned, with friendly and attentive servers who make every visit enjoyable. Whether dining with a small group or picking up meals to go, the reasonable prices and quick service make it a convenient choice. Every time I'm in Carthage, I look forward to returning for the familiar Tex-Mex favorites that never fail to satisfy.

Driving back to home in Texas, saw how highly this place was rated.....
It is absolutely amazing!
I had chicken fajitas and the chips and salsa are off the chart! You won't be disappointed!!!
