I ordered the cucumber roll without rice, which was quite enjoyable, and shared a delicious scallop dish with my date who had the tuna. The service was polite, though a bit slow, but the fresh sushi and generous portions more than made up for it. The menu offers a great variety, including warm, filling tofu steak and flavorful rolls, all at reasonable prices compared to coastal cities, making for a surprisingly satisfying experience in Wyoming.
