This restaurant has the best spaghetti sauce in Tennessee. Miss it since it closed.

This place has gone down hill in the last year. The manager had no business running the restaurant, her and the other waiters yell messages across the restaurant to one another and show that they are stressed to the max. They threw our menus on the table and walked off without saying a word. We waited 15 minutes for some one to ask us what we wanted to drink. The restaurant was a wreck and the cook was busting tables wiping his hands on his apron then in the kitchen cooking wiping his hands on the same apron. Complete cross contamination on every level. They have no class in this place and no serving skills. Jacob Myers Cabellas or Delias would never hire the kind of staff Gondalier hires. They are rude and unprofessional at gondolier. My family and I were so disappointed and mind blown when we ate there. Never going back.
