The fusion of Japanese hibachi and specialty rolls is quite impressive, with everything prepared fresh to order in about 10 minutes. My meal included bourbon chicken with noodles and vegetables, along with a black dragon roll, which I found enjoyable, though I prefer shrimp tempura that is served hot.
