The empanadas and rice were incredible, and I appreciated that everything was made from scratch, even if it took a little longer to prepare. During our quick stop in Pocatello on the way to Yellowstone, I enjoyed the BLTT on gluten-free bread, which was the best I've had, tasting truly homemade. The atmosphere might be unique, but the delicious food and friendly service made it a memorable experience; I only wish I lived closer to visit more often!
