The service was good, with a friendly barista who helped me find a delicious butterscotch-flavored drink that suited my taste. Although there were a few minor order mistakes during busy times, the attentive staff, ample seating, fast service, and great drink selection make this Biggby a reliable option for coffee lovers like me.

Just be aware new ownership (within the last six months of this posting) has relieved staff of employment and severed a partnership with local student program (that has been in operation since 2014) without cause or explanation. They have avoided contact of persons seeking answers and have been unsupportive of the community Biggby elects to serve. Use caution currently when using services as they have not been a good change.
