The service at this coffee shop was good, and the barista was really nice in helping me find a drink that suited my taste. While there were instances of getting orders wrong, the friendly staff, fast service, and great drink selection make it a worthwhile spot to visit regularly.

Just be aware new ownership (within the last six months of this posting) has relieved staff of employment and severed a partnership with local student program (that has been in operation since 2014) without cause or explanation. They have avoided contact of persons seeking answers and have been unsupportive of the community Biggby elects to serve. Use caution currently when using services as they have not been a good change.
