The paninis at Simply Panini are delicious, with a nice choice of bread. The Cali Chicken Panini I had was very satisfying, especially with the soft focaccia bread and fresh veggies. The prices were about average for the area, making it a great spot for a quick and tasty meal in downtown Tacoma.
