DC Jumbie totally surprised me with the best Caribbean flavors I've had in Arizona, especially those perfectly sweet and textured fried plantains. The BBQ sandwich stood out with a unique sauce that blew the usual Southwest BBQ out of the water, and the combo plates come with huge portions that really satisfy. The food truck is super well organized, the staff are friendly and professional, and every bite I had left me excited to come back for more.

During a recent visit to the Tucson Convention Center, I discovered DC Jumbie and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing Caribbean food they offered. The fried plantains were sweet and perfectly cooked, while the BBQ sandwich featured a unique sauce that surpassed typical offerings. I enjoyed a variety of dishes, including a flavorful tropical chicken sandwich and a generous Cuban, all served with excellent portions and friendly service.
