During our trip to Colorado for a friend's wedding, we had some time to explore dining options upon arriving early. Stumbling upon this restaurant, we decided to try it out and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and attentive service. The Boudin Balls were a standout appetizer and my Buffalo Hash with Chicken Fried egg was particularly tasty. Overall, it was a great first dining experience in Colorado and we look forward to returning on our next visit.
