Ordered more than $50 worth of food for delivery and the family did not particularly care for the "Pho Dinner" that we ordered. I called and spoke to "Kathy" and told her we didn't particularly like the dish. I asked if we could bring it there and exchange it for another item on the menu. She placed me on a brief hold. She returned and stated "that is the way we make it and we haven't had anyone complain today about it." I clarified with her that when a customer does not like a dish, they have no option to exchange for something else they like? She stated that was correct. I responded, "ma'am, you all are going to lose me as a customer then." She replied, "okay." I clarified with her that the policy is more valuable than keeping and customer and she replied "yes." Money over customer service seems to be your motto, Koi, and I am reading it loud and clear.
