The tacos at this hidden gem behind Metro Market in Arleta are a must-try. The meat, cooked in vapor and served on soft tortillas, is incredibly flavorful. Topped with a spicy green salsa, these tacos are truly satisfying. I discovered this taco truck thanks to a friend's recommendation, and now it's become my go-to spot for delicious tacos in the San Fernando Valley.
