I really enjoy dining at Walt's with my family whenever we visit Crofton. The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and there's a nostalgic charm to the place that keeps me coming back. Plus, they even give kids Tootsie Rolls on the way out, which is a nice touch.

Fried food. Fish, gizzard, etc are often over fried. All coating, nothing inside.
Salads, burgers, spaghetti are excellent.

Guess I have to leave a star even though it doesn't deserve one. Got there and drinks were right there and order in. They were not very busy and waited over a hour for our food. Then it came out cold. The sad waitress never came once while there and asked how the food is or if we wanted refills. So finally I asked for a refill at the bar and the waitress came 15 minutes later and asked if we wanted refills. I say no I asked you to come here 15 minutes ago and all she says was "yeah". I said just bring the check. Can't say I'll ever go back there again. Oh and I will share my terrible experience there.

Haven't been there yet, I'm from Sioux City and my Grandma Duman'S maiden name was Wiebelhaus. Her name was Leone Katherine Wiebelhaus. Does it ring any bells? I heard your ad for your cafe on the radio here in town. I might just have w come to Crofton some time to check your place out.
