After a slow morning drop-off, I wandered down Cooper and was met with the comforting warmth of rich caldo de pollo and flavorful tacos that soothed my lingering sickness. The simple, unassuming atmosphere paired with fresh, authentic dishes and friendly service made lingering over enchiladas in verde sauce feel like a rare, welcome balm to the soul.

The food at La Poblana was absolutely delicious, especially the chicken enchiladas in Verde sauce. The service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and the overall experience was delightful.
