Despite the mixed reviews, I really enjoyed the food, especially the steak in the el molcajete and the fresh, tasty shrimp. The desserts, like the flan and fried ice cream, were delicious, and while the service could be friendlier, the staff is hardworking and the overall experience keeps me coming back.

Despite negative reviews, I found the food to be quite enjoyable at El Charro Mexican Grill. The El Molcajete was a standout dish, with perfectly cooked steak and flavorful shrimp. The chicken, while appearing dry, still had a good taste, and the side enchilada was decent. The desserts, including the flan and fried ice cream, were delicious and not overly sweet. The service could use improvement, as the waiter seemed rushed and the reception lacked warmth, but the overall experience was positive and deserving of a five-star rating.
