With a Paul Virant restaurant like Vistro Prime, you know you're in for a treat. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, and that blue cheese crust was like a flavorful surprise party in my mouth. Plus, the attentive service and reasonable prices sealed the deal for a fantastic dining experience.
