Sitting by Gate 26 at the airport, I savored a cold brew horchata oat milk latte that perfectly blended my love for iced coffee with the nostalgic taste of horchata. The ham and cheese croissant, with its subtle sourdough tang and melted cheese on top, paired beautifully with the coffee, creating a quiet, satisfying moment amid the early morning bustle. Though this Peet's lacked the charm of the original Berkeley location and came with a steeper price, the attentive staff and the view of planes landing made the experience unexpectedly comforting during these unusual times.

I found a Peet's Coffee spot right across from Gate 26 at OAK airport. The cold brew horchata oat milk latte I tried was absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed it while watching the planes land outside. Although it was a bit pricier than expected, the experience of savoring a ham and cheese croissant with a view of the runway made it all worth it.

Had an $18 hamburger delivered late. Nothing special. Plus they deliver every meal in a container w/a plastic top even if you plan to eat it there.
