Carillon Brewing is a stunning venue that transports you back in time with its beautiful architecture and the inviting aroma of wood-burning ovens. The beer selection is solid, and while the food is good, the fresh sourdough bread and unique house-made sodas truly steal the show. With a friendly staff and a charming atmosphere, it's definitely a destination worth experiencing.
