I have developed a strong liking for the bourbon chicken and honey chicken served at Ruby Thai Kitchen in the food court. The menu offers various Thai-inspired meat dishes, noodles, rice, vegetables, and appetizers, along with a selection of beverages. During a recent visit to the Park City Center, I opted for the 1 Meat 2 Sides meal, enjoying the flavorful Thai Spicy Chicken with Veg Fried Rice and Noodles, complemented by a tasty Egg Roll.

We have gone here for quite a long time. We always love the food and the portions are generous. I am hoping they are open for business since places are opening again since COVID
