This is the last time we will order from them! The food was worse than terrible! Because of the fact I am in a hospital bed asked them to call when they got here so I could meet them at the door and as usual they said no problem and like always they not only didn't they call but went to back door while I was out front waiting for the driver. The wing dings were over cooked and the pizza products were mushy and under cooked. The food was all thrown out.

I love Broadway. I've read so many reviews that are negative and it's just a bunch of BS, the employees are nice, the prices are great, the food is delicious. I always get delivery and they're here within a half an hour. It's a pizza shop, not a five star restaurant. When I've had a problem like getting the wrong pizza, they were apologetic and made it right. Maybe all the complainers need a lesson in manners. Maybe treat the employees with respect and you'll get respect in return.

i just received the worst service ever,i ordered a special order calzone for delivery, it wasn't mad correctly and when we called back we we're told that its our problem and refused to correct the problem
