During a recent work trip to West Palm Beach, I discovered The Blind Monk with my co-workers, and it quickly became a favorite. We enjoyed an assortment of tapas, including a delicious 7-Board and some standout turkey meatballs, all while sipping perfectly chilled Malbec under a clear night sky. The cozy, earthy vibe, combined with attentive service and a fantastic wine selection, made for a memorable evening that I can't wait to experience again.
