Ecuadorian food is quite rare to find, so my wife and I drive over an hour to enjoy it. The dishes we tried were flavorful and authentic, with the owner, Don Hugo, providing friendly service that reminded me of my childhood in Quito.

Ecuadorian food can be hard to find, so my wife and I enjoy the drive for this culinary experience. The warm atmosphere, friendly service, and incredible dishes, like the corvina frita and tres leches cake, always make our visits memorable and satisfying.
