Booked a stay at this property through the Amex FHR program and had a wonderful experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and Clarissa provided excellent service by explaining the Amex FHR benefits and on-site amenities. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a One Bedroom Residence that featured a washer/dryer, full kitchen, fireplace, and two bathrooms, making our stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was upscale and welcoming.
