I am saddened to see Ghion Ethiopian Restaurant closed, possibly due to the prolonged closure of Cheshire Bridge. It was a rare spot in town offering genuine Ethiopian coffee that I truly enjoyed. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with the delicious food, made it a memorable experience that I hope to find again soon.
