I'm a long-time Albuquerque resident and recently discovered Encanto for their amazing gorditas. They're thick tortillas filled with delicious ingredients, perfect for satisfying cravings after a night out. I can't wait for the weekend to have more of these tasty treats at just $2.25 each on Saturdays and Sundays.
