Dining at Rhubarb was a memorable experience from start to finish, with attentive servers like Carrie, Kelsie, and Chelsea who truly know the menu and make you feel welcome. The food highlights included perfectly cooked scallops, flavorful half chicken, exceptional burrata, and inventive dishes that showcase local farm-to-table ingredients. The warm atmosphere, excellent drinks, and friendly, knowledgeable staff make this a favorite for romantic nights and special occasions here in Asheville.
