I experienced a delivery mishap with Door Dash due to an incorrect address input, causing a delay in receiving my pizza. After contacting the manager at Papa John's, they kindly made and delivered a fresh pizza free of charge to rectify the situation. The driver maintained good communication and displayed genuine concern for the delivery process, showcasing a high level of customer care and service.
