This dive bar may look a little rough around the edges, but with its friendly bartender and patrons, the coldest $1.75 cans during Happy Hour Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 7pm, and the famous Villa Burger-especially the bacon cheeseburger-it's an inviting spot where everyone seems to know each other, though it's 21 and up with smoking and cash only.
