As a Minnesota transplant familiar with Americanized German cuisine, I found the food here to be authentic and flavorful, with the exception of the spaetzle which seemed pre-made. Despite this, the schnitzel was cooked to perfection and truly reminiscent of home-cooked meals, making it a standout dish that I would eagerly return for.
