The ambiance of the historic hotel, with its charming Mercer tiles and softly lit windows overlooking downtown Bethlehem, created a warm and inviting backdrop for an evening that exceeded my expectations. The food, from perfectly prepared crab cakes and richly flavored Ricotta Cavatelli to the decadent chocolate-peanut butter gateau, revealed a kitchen that truly knows its craft, complemented by attentive and thoughtful service. Though my first visit left much to be desired, this return experience felt like a welcomed redemption, inspiring me to make this culinary retreat a regular indulgence.
