I had an awesome holiday at the W Hotel in Chicago, and the city view from my room on the 31st floor was absolutely stunning. The staff were super friendly, especially Keith at check-in, and I loved the modern design throughout the hotel. With a great location near attractions and a solid restaurant on-site, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable, making me want to return again soon!
