I regret not trying the sushi from Capital Corner sooner, as it completely changed my perspective on where to find good sushi in Ithaca. Coming from NYC, where sushi cravings are hard to satisfy, this place truly delivered with its fresh and delicious offerings. The hokkigai nigiri, white tuna/escolar nigiri, and pepper tuna and sweetheart rolls were the standout choices for me. The ambiance was quiet and the service efficient, making it a great spot to satisfy your sushi cravings in Ithaca.
