We picked up a Christmas cookie decorating kit for our kids this year to simplify things. The kit included bags of icing, confetti, sugar, and fun add-ons like eyes and Holly leaves, along with pre-baked sugar cookies. The kids had a blast decorating, and the setup and cleanup were a breeze. Such a fantastic experience - we'll definitely be getting another kit next year!
