I met up with a friend for dinner at Kobe and ended up loving the prawn tempura and spicy rainbow roll; the sushi was fresh and flavorful, especially the hamachi nigiri. The menu has a great mix of Korean and Japanese dishes, the service was friendly and fast, and the portions were generous, making it a solid choice after a long day of traveling around Seattle and Bellevue.
