After a small credit card purchase in early October, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Downtown Spirits informing me of an overcharge and that my card would be reimbursed soon. The next day, the amount was credited back to my card, showcasing the store's integrity, and I appreciated the personal touch of the emails coming from the owner.
