Over the past month, I went on a serious shoe shopping spree and was impressed by Monte, a salesman who went above and beyond by ordering out-of-stock items, adjusting prices, and carefully checking the fit like no one has in years. Although the Santa Monica Mall feels quite empty with many closed stores, the Nordstrom there remains clean, well-organized, and staffed with helpful employees who made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable, even handling returns without hassle.

I went shoe shopping recently and visited Nordstrom at the Santa Monica Mall. Despite the ghost town feel of the area, the store itself was clean, organized, and had friendly staff. I was impressed by the service I received from Monte, who went above and beyond to help me find the right shoes. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience and I will definitely be returning.
